Visa

Poland is part ot the European Union and part of the Schengen Area. EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the country. Generally, all other foreigners require a visa for stays in Poland, you can view a list of countries whose citizens do not a need a visa here.

Visa Invitation Letter

Invitation letters for visas can be issued upon request only if the participant has paid the registration fee. Organizer reserves the right to decide if the invitation letter is issued or not.

Registration to the conference opens in late April. To obtain an invitation letter, please write to the conference organizers at efa2018warsaw [at] sgh [dot] waw [dot] pl. Include in your email the following information:

  • Your name as it appear in the passport
  • Your passport number (you will need to use the document when applying for visa)
  • Your private address
